INSTRUCTOR
Our Instructor Mark Farrell holds more than a dozen International and National Certifications as an Inspector. He has more than twenty years experience inspecting commercial and residential structures in California and Nevada. Mr. Farrell has been an Instructor of Building Codes and Home Inspection courses for more than seven years and has trained hundreds of Inspectors. He has also served on the Edu-Code Committee for the past six years. Continued education is of the uppermost importance to Mr. Farrell and he has dedicated a major portion of his career to helping others to obtain their goals within the Inspection community.TRAINING
Our Home Inspection Course is a 6 day training program with classroom and field experience. Classes are held in the evenings to accommodate more work schedules. Training locations will be held in our training center in San Bernardino .Students should expect to learn the basic startup skills to be confident in providing a residential real estate inspection. Business start up and report writing along with structural, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems will all be topics covered. All written materials will be provided. Students are expected to study their course work and participate. A Certificate of Training will be awarded at completion of course.CERTIFICATION
