Please be advised that a payment of $225 is required to keep your spot in class and the remaining $600 will be due by the first day of class. When posting payment, Change quantity amount to equal whole dollar amount (each quantity = $1)
FIA Terms and Conditions of Understanding
•All payments are due in full for services provided by FIA Inspections and required prior to the first day of classes.•Any deposits allowed to hold a students spot in class will be 1/3 of the class cost and are non-refundable unless the class cancels. •In the event a class should cancel for any reason, all monies paid by the student will be completely refunded. •There will be no refunds of monies paid after the start day of class.•Students must be at least 18 years of age for admission to this course•Students must possess reading, writing and basic math skills at the high school level. •Students must also be willing to comply with the policies presented in this document•Students agree that if at the Instructors discretion that it is best for the good of the class that a Student be removed from attending class, the removed Student will comply with the Instructors decision. The removed Student will receive a refund.•This is classroom training; every effort will be made to provide onsite field time. It is understood that this may not always be available.•Students understand that they are completely responsible for their own safety, in the classroom or in the field. All Students agree to hold harmless FIA and its Instructors from any liability arising from any accident or injury in conjunction with this course or field training. It is further understood that FIA is making every effort to provide a reasonable safe environment. •It is each students responsibility to attend and participate in this course. Students will only be credited for hours attended. •Each student will sign and date a copy of these terms of understanding and a liability waiver prior to the start of the course. •FIA does not offer or imply employment or offer job placement.
